Three of the five Chelan Hills Fire arson suspects have had their bail reduced by a Douglas County Superior Court Judge. Two are out of custody under electronic home monitoring.

The Wenatchee World reports that Judge Brian Huber lowered their bails from $1 million to $100,000 after their attorneys argued that Julian Mikityuk, 19, of Pacific, and Valentin Tabunscic, 18, of Tacoma had a lack of criminal history.

They were charged as accomplices to manslaughter, arson, assault and malicious mischief. Both have court hearings scheduled for later this year.

Judge Huber also reduced bail on Mark Okhrimchik, 19, to $500,000, according to court documents obtained by the newspaper. The bails of David Radchanka, 19, and Michael Yakimov, 18, the prime suspect in the investigation,  remain at $1 million.

The July 4 fire that burned nearly 10,000 acres of the Chelan Hills and McNeil Canyon and led to the death of one Orondo resident, injured several firefighters and burned 25 homes and approximately 100 outbuildings.
