One dead, two seriously injured in suspected street racing

A suspected street-racing incident on North Wenatchee Ave. in Wenatchee Friday night ended in a high-speed crash that left one juvenile dead and two others critically injured.
Wenatchee Police say a car collided head-on with a pick-up truck after crossing the center line while taking the highway 2 off-ramp at a high rate of speed.
Investigators say citizens reported seeing the Audi sedan, which collided with the truck, racing another vehicle northbound on Wenatchee Avenue shortly before the crash. Police are still searching for the driver of the second car involved.
The identity of those involved have not been released by police.
