Chelan County Sheriff's Marine Patrol on Lake Chelan.
Improved public safety patrols will occur soon on Lake Chelan with the installation of a new Garmin Echomap Ultra 2 106SV.
The Chelan County Sheriffs Office says that a marine vessel will receive the advanced equipment will enhance the agencies navigation and search capabilities, allowing for more efficient operations and improved safety on Lake Chelan.
The new equipment will also better serve our community by providing viable data for our marine units.
The Garmin unit was a donation to the agency.
