Position: Front counter/Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative. Are you a self-starter, motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Key responsibilities: Engage with contractors and individual homeowners via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Process quotes, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a strong knowledge of our product line and stay updated on industry trends. Multi-tasking and follow-through are a must!
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
