The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is beginning a public process that will lead to long-term plans for Alta Lake and Bridgeport state parks.

This planning process, also known as Classification and Management Planning (CAMP), includes four stages:

1. Identify issues and concerns of interested parties and park users
2. Explore alternative approaches to address issues
3. Prepare preliminary recommendations to address issues
4. Propose final recommendations for Commission adoption

To introduce the project and to get your input two public workshops will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m.:

Thursday, June 13 Pateros Fire Station Meeting Hall
