About the event
Special Olympics is Coming to the Chelan, Manson, and Quad Cities Area
The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities
To be eligible to participate in Special Olympics, athletes must be at least 8 years old, and diagnosed by an agency or professional as having an intellectual disability, cognitive delay, or a closely related developmental disability.
