Chelan County community Development will be opening the applications period for short term rentals next month. Chelan County Commissioner Tiffany Gering:
Gering says no new applications will be taken for the 98826 zip code, which includes Leavenworth, Plain, Lake Wenatchee, or the Peshastin Urban Growth Area. Applications are on a first come, first served basis, and are only for the 2024 operating year. Applications, and all the requirements are available on the Chelan County website. Renewals for 2024 are open September 1 to October 31.
