ROGER BROOKS ON LATE DINING, GATEWAY SIGNS AND "COLOR"

He gave statistics on shopping and lifestyle trends, and then gave examples of cities and towns he's worked with to transform their main business districts. One of the statistics he gave was that 50 percent of all households in America now subscribe to Amazon Prime. Then he followed it up with this:
