"POINT IN TIME COUNT" THURSDAY

How many homeless people are in Chelan and Douglas Counties? Government agencies and non-profits will be tackling that question Thursday with the “Point in Time Count,” a nationwide snapshot of the homeless situation. Chelan County Housing Program Coordinator Sasha Sleiman (SLAY-man):

Here in Chelan, Chelan Valley HOPE will cover the Chelan Valley and Northern Douglas County, the central count will take place Thursday from 7 am to 2 pm at the YWCA in Wenatchee.
