As you hear this, it's the seventh day of the month, and it's a good time to hear about the work Only 7 Seconds is doing. They've been working on the loneliness issue over the past few years, and have been directing much of their efforts toward youth. Executive Director Luke Wall says the work has led to discoveries about how to deal with loneliness:

Only 7 Seconds last year began an online series of people telling their stories, titled “I Know Lonely,” The second season has begun on their website. Wall also says when he goes out and talks to groups, there's an exercise he does with the group that brings changes to people:
