NO INJURIES IN TUESDAY PLANE CRASH

A pilot of a small plane is lucky after crash landing at the Chelan Airport Tuesday afternoon. Chelan Fire and Rescue Assistant Chief Shawn Sherman told KOZI the incident happened at 1:50 Tuesday afternoon, and when they arrived, the found an airplane on the runway upside-down:



The pilot was the only one on board. Sherman says there was no fire, all the crew had to do was move the plane:



As for the cause of the incident, that is unknown. Sherman said it could have been caused by wind, but the pilot couldn't say for sure just what happened.
