MORRISON ON BEHAVIORAL HEALTH UNIT

Something Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison is proud of is the county's Behavioral Health Unit – counselors that go out on calls with sheriff's deputies to provide counseling and offer tools to get help. Morrison says it's a valuable resource:

The success of the Behavioral Health Unit has prompted more agencies to get on board; the unit now answers calls with Wenatchee and East Wenatchee Police Departments, as well as the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
