LINK TRANSIT 2022 RIDERSHIP

Ridership on Link Transit buses increased last year, but it still has a ways to go to get back to its pre-COVID boarding numbers. Link's Communications Manager Erik West says the 2022 boarding numbers look pretty good:





But West says Link is about halfway towards getting back to where it was before the pandemic:





On another note, West says talks are going on with Ebusco, the European bus manufacturer about purchasing electric buses that could be used on Route 21 between Wenatchee and Manson; meantime, Link will be getting another eleven buses from its current manufacturer, BYD, in the next few months.
