Lake Chelan Health is getting closer to selling its old hospital building. The deal is not done yet, they say, there's a feasibility period, and Heritage Heights has right of first refusal, so nothing is complete yet. But the hospital board is looking forward to a sale, and what they'll do with the money they get from it. Lake Chelan Health Chief Executive Officer Aaron Edwards says they have leased 3-thousand square feet of space in the Chelan Business Center across the street from the hospital, and will use that for specialty care, so some of the money will be used for that, but they'll also use some of the money for business purposes:
