The Chelan County Auditor's Office came out with updated election results Monday afternoon, and it's essentially safe to call Erin McCardle the next mayor of Chelan. She has extended her lead to 62 votes over Mayor Bob Goedde, leading 829 to 767. And with only 111 votes the auditor's office has left to count from across the county, McCardle's win is virtually secured.
In the Hospital Commissioner race, Len England now has a 29 vote lead over Mary Signorelli, 1,748 to 1,719. We remind you that Signorelli had dropped out of the race back in June.

In the Manson Parks District races, Ivan De Jesus, Leslie Burns and Susie Miller Cox have maintained their leads.
We should mention that Manson Community Council member Chris Willoughby came away with 75 percent of the vote in his race for Manson Fire Commissioner position 1 against Dana Starkweather.
And Renee Swearingen is the next mayor of Entiat, defeating Michael Buck Buckingham with 61 percent of the vote.
