CONSTRUCTION COMING ON PUD'S NORTH SHORE SUBSTATION

There's going to be a lot of work this spring and summer at the Chelan County PUD's new North Shore substation off Henderson Road. Customer Outreach Specialist Teka Sellers explains what will be going on:





But that's not the only work that will be happening in the area:





One question, though: will the new substation have enough power to handle all the growth happening in the area? Sellers says that's not a concern:





Sellers says you should expect to see crews from Michael's Pacific Energy, the contractor on the substation, on the site every day starting this spring, with the PUD crews taking over in the fall.
