The Chelan City Council is looking for plenty of public input on what Councilman Tim Hollingsworth calls a potentially controversial issue: what to do with the baseball fields near the Chelan Gorge? The Chelan County PUD has given the city a $100,000 grant to explore a redesign of the park. The council discussed it at its meeting Tuesday night, and on KOZI Wednesday morning, Hollingsworth said his kids used it a lot ten to fifteen years ago, and that it was in need of some tender loving care back then, and not much has happened since:
