CHELAN BUOYS AND GARBAGE TRUCKS

The City of Chelan is hoping for some improved patrols on the lake this summer. We've reported on the situation with the buoys that define the no-wake zone, that they were moved last year, but are being moved again. City Administrator Wade Farris:
