As we've mentioned, the Lake levels are rising – on Tuesday it had risen almost a foot since Sunday, up to 1,095.23 feet. The warm temperatures have meant a lot of spring runoff, and Reinhart says they've been spilling a lot of water through the Lake Chelan Dam into the Chelan Gorge:
