Appetizer Course

Bruschetta Pomodoro $12 – House-made French baguette crostini topped with crushed Roma tomatoes, garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Fresh Basil Chiffonade – paired with 2013 Monet Sparkling Wine.
Ratatouille Napolean $12 – Oven roasted stack of seasoned eggplant, tomato, red onion, and zucchini; topped with roasted garlic and fresh rosemary (Vegetarian/GF) – paired with 2013 Monet Sparkling Wine.

Salad Course

Caesar Dinner Salad $8 – Romaine greens tossed in house made Caesar style dressing, topped with house made croutons, and shaved parmesan – paired with NEWLY RELEASED 2018 Matisse
Winter Dinner Salad $8 – Fresh kale, roasted butternut squash and red beets, goat cheese, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. Tossed with cherry balsamic vinaigrette – paired with 2016 Night in Madrid

Main Course

Lamb Shanks with Garlic Thyme Potatoes $32 – Slowly braised lamb shanks, served “fall off the bone” tender, surrounded in a fragrant vegetable red wine sauce. Served with fluffy garlic-thyme potatoes, and garnished with fresh mint and lemon zest – paired with NEWLY RELEASED 2016 Auberge

Lemon Dijon Aioli Gratin Salmon with Herb Roasted Potatoes $28 – Sockeye Salmon fillet roasted with our house Lemon Dijon Aioli topped with a crisp Panko crust. Served with Caramelized Fennel Couscous – paired with 2018 Spanish Dancer
Stuffed Portobello Mushroom $22 – Crisp-tender baguette crumb stuffing featuring sautéed sweet onion, garlic, basil, and oregano, nestled into roasted portabello mushrooms. Served with warm seasoned quinoa and arugula salad – paired with NEWLY RELEASED 2017 ASV Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Dessert Course

Chocolate Cherry Cordial Trio $10 – Bing cherries, surrounded in our own sweet fondant, and dipped in 70% cacao chocolate – paired with 2016 ASV Cabernet Franc
Crème Brûlée Cheesecake $12 – Creamy, chocolaty, with just the right crunch! Crème Brûlée Cheesecake drizzled with dark chocolate and sprinkled with balsamic glazed pecans. Wow! – paired with NEWLY RELEASED 2016 Zelda
