Kelsey is a 200 HR RYI who uses slow mindful movement yoga to build strength, increase flexibility, and turn awareness inward- each a powerful key to healing body, mind, and spirit.
These all-level classes are completed with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls to more fully integrate your practice and send you off feeling lighter and at ease.
