Rocky Pond in Downtown Chelan will be participating in the Historic Downtown Chelan Halloween Spooktacular (http://historicchelan.org/event/historic-downtown-chelan-halloween-spooktacular/) from 5-7pm on Halloween evening! Kids are invited to the Woodin Ave to enjoy trick or treating, costume contests, and a flash mob.
