Chelan County Commissioners agreed to add a portion of Union valley Road, in Chelan, to the county’s 6-year transportation plan – opening the door for grant funding to improve the roadway.

In their meeting Tuesday, Commissioners agreed to include the lower section of Union Valley Road to the maintenance program- and added the upper portion of the road to the 6-year plan for possible grant funds for improvement.
