Brewster Skips Repainting Of Swimming Pool 5/28/2013
Problems continue to plague the city ran swimming pool for Brewster- the most recent issue is flaking paint.

For the past several seasons, the City of Brewster has been battling power overage charges and is considering alternatives to alleviate the issue- but this spring, as the City prepared the pool to open for the summer season, a new issue came up: the paint is flaking off.

Brewster Mayor, Lee Webster, says the city spends about $3500 on paint annually to repaint the bottom of the swimming pool.

As it does nearly every year, the Brewster Swimming Pool is set to open on the last day of school, which is June 11th.
