Investigation Launched Into Suspicious Fire 3/20/2013
Officials are saying little about the origin of the fire that caused considerable damage to an unfinished Manson home last Friday- but they are calling it suspicious.

Manson Fire Chief, Arnold Baker, says a fire investigator, who is contracted by the
ChelanCounty, was called in as soon as it the cause of the fire was determined as suspicious.

ChelanCounty Sheriff’s Office North Sergeant, Rob Huddleston, agrees- adding that the Sheriff’s Office also quickly called in detectives to the scene.

Fire crews responded to the fire at the corner of Totem Pole Road and Olive Ave in Manson shortly before 6AM last Friday.

The outcome of the investigation into how the fire started will likely take a week or more- and KOZI will continue to follow the inquiry, bringing you any confirmed information we acquire.
