ChelanCounty Commissioners approved the Lake Chelan Watershed Management Plan on Monday- that includes recommendations for meeting future water needs, improving water quality and restoring and preserving wildlife habitat.

 

Chelan County Commissioner, Doug England, says the Lake Chelan Watershed Planning unit is being lead by the Chelan County Natural Resource Department- and the commissioners have had input throughout the entire state required water study.
