The tinsel and lights have been removed, the lights taken down- and Chelan Chamber of Commerce is providing you with a location to drop off your now outdated Christmas tree.
It’s an annual event, as the Chamber prepares for their Winterfest bonfire, which takes place on the evening of the Polar Bear Plunge.
But, according to Winterfest Event Consultant, Erin McCardle, this year, trees will be dropped off in a new location from past years.
And, as far as who gets to set afire the massive pile of dried Christmas trees-- McCardle assures us we are in good hands.
