The US Postal Service expects more that 16.5 million cards, letters and packages to be delivered between now and New Year’s Day- but a package delivered to a Bridgeport residence Monday, ended in an arrest for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Douglas County Undersheriff, Don Culp, told KOZI in an interview yesterday, that the ordeal began on November 28th, when his office was contacted by a narcotics detective out of California.
Ranferi Torres was arrested and booked into Okanogan County Jail. The estimated value of the marijuana is approximately $7 thousand.
