Chelan Clinic Continues to Accept HealthFirst Medicare Advantage Plan.

 

There has been confusion regarding CHP (Community Health Plan) HealthFirst Medicare Advantage Plan and whether or not patients with this insurance will be accepted at the Lake Chelan Clinic after January 1st. 

 

The Lake Chelan Clinic has a contract with Community HealthFirst for the new year and patients can continue to see their Primary Care Physician at the Lake Chelan Clinic if they are enrolled in Plan 9.  Patients with Plans 11 & 12 have received letters telling them they must change to Plan 9 as Plans 11 & 12 are no longer offered in Chelan County. 

 

When Community Health Plan put together their provider directory for 2013, someone in their office made an error and thought we were part of Wenatchee Valley Clinic and left us out of the Provider Directory. They are in the process of correcting their error. 

 

We just want to correct any misinformation being given out to our community's Senior Citizens.
