Manson residents, who generally park downtown overnight, will be waking up to warnings on their windshields over the next few weeks.

 

With winter approaching, and the likelihood of snow not too far off, Chelan County Sheriff Deputies are enforcing the no parking rule in the Manson downtown area in preparation for winter snow plowing.

 

Sergeant Rob Huddleston told KOZI that initially, the car owners will be told of the upcoming enforcement.

 

Deputies have already issued a number of notices with the warning period in full swing. Soon, however, Chelan County Sheriff Deputies will be issuing real tickets for parking infractions in downtown Manson.
