Like other Cities throughout the state, the City of Chelan is closing in on the final touches to their 2013 budget- and will hold the last public hearing tomorrow, before adopting the proposed financial plan.
The hearing is set to kick off the regularly scheduled Chelan council meeting tomorrow at 6 PM, and will likely reflect the city’s long history of being fiscally conservative.
City Administrator, Paul Schmidt, says the proposed budget doesn’t call for more than the basics.
Tomorrow’s Chelan Council meeting and final budget hearing will be held at 6M in council chambers at City Hall on Johnson Ave.
Tune in to KOZI tomorrow for a look at the other issues on this week’s agenda.
