State Regional Labor Economists, Mark Berreth, (bear-ith) said after a pretty good start to the year, NCW unemployment numbers took an unexpected change in direction.
Berreth reports that construction led in job losses with a 9.1 percent drop (200 jobs), followed by manufacturing with an 8.0 percent decline (200 jobs).
