A well respected Chelan physician is facing possible disciplinary actions after entering into a personal relationship with a former patient after a complaint was filed with The Washington State Department of Health. 

Donn Moyer, a spokesman for the DOH said the complaint filed in this case alleges a violation of the code of conduct for physicians prohibiting personal relationships with current patients. 

The Health Systems Quality Assurance Board reviews more than 6,000 complaints annually. Because no formal charges have been filed KOZI is choosing not to publicize the names of those involved.
