The Goat Mountain Fire, said to be 6,110 acres,  was handed off to a Washington Team over the weekend- and is being called 10% contained.

 

Tom Bergland, an information officer with the new Team 5, says they have determined that the Goat Mountain Fire was human caused.

 

Fire crews assigned to fight the Goat Mountain Fire moved to the Chelan Rodeo Grounds and set up camp, as well as a new information center.
