Despite the warm summer weather we have been experiencing, fall is just around the corner, bringing with it the harvest of the state’s most valuable crop: apples.
And experts say this will likely be a very lucrative year for growers.
Todd Fryhover, President of the Washington Apple Commission, says that he expects to see very good returns to growers, adding that harvest for some has already started.
