ChelanCounty Commissioners approved a request by Sheriff Brian Burnett at yesterday’s meeting that will incorporate an undersheriff into their organizational chart.

 

Commissioner Doug England says the new structure change, proposed by Sheriff Burnett, resembles that of many of our surrounding counties, and is similar to how things were done in previous years in ChelanCounty.

 

Sheriff Burnett will now appoint the undersheriff and restructure the organization accordingly. An announcement will likely be made by the end of this week as to what that will look like.
