ChelanCity Council will meet this evening for a regularly scheduled council meeting- and among other items on their agenda; they will be discussing another change order for the Johnson Ave Pedestrian Safety Project.

 

City Administrator, Jim Reinbold told KOZI in an interview last Friday, that it is not unusual for projects to require change orders, and in fact, this particular project hasn’t required very many.

 

Tonight’s council meeting will start at 6PM in the council chambers on Johnson Ave. Be sure to tune into KOZI tomorrow meeting when we invite city officials into the studio to talk about how that council meeting went, but of course you, the public, as always, is invited and encouraged to attend those meetings.

 

We have also asked the Mayor to bring along with him the City Finance Director, to explain the authorization for bond counsel services, budget amendment, and bond issuance for shoreline restoration project as well as the library expansion project, all of which are also on tonight’s agenda.
