MansonSchool District is looking to finalize an agreement to sell the former district office property for more than $300 thousand after the board approved the purchase and sale agreement during their school board meeting last week.

 

Manson School Superintendent, Matt Charlton, tells us that the district owns both the parcel of property behind Wells Fargo Bank, as well as the building n that site that previously housed the district office.

 

The MansonSchool district office is now located on South Hill St. near the school campus.

 

Superintendent Charlton, says he expects the property closing to take place in mid-July.
