As the busiest weekend of the year for Chelan wraps up, vacationers leave town, kids head back to school, and we, here at KOZI, get back to the grind- the ChelanCounty Sheriff’s Office is busy with the aftermath of the event- crunching numbers and planning for the next one.

 

Sheriff Brian Burnett told KOZI in an interview yesterday that as the weekend began winding down, the assessing began.

 

Sheriff Burnett added that this year, the holiday weekend proved successful from the law enforcement stand-point, adding that there were some in the community that deserved a pat on the back.
