Sunday, May 13th marks the 35th annual Clark Kearney Memorial Fishing Party- kicking off at 2 PM at the Chelan Municipal Golf Course.

 

But, you can expect a few differences between last year and this year: it starts an hour later than last year, and this year, they will have live fish!

 

Last year’s fishing party was cancelled when organizers arrived to the event to find a majority of the fish had died.

 

Al Brooks, with the Lake Chelan Sportsman Council, says he was just as let down as the kids were last year.

 

But even with that lingering memory, Al promises there will be plenty of fish this year.

 

The Clark Kearney Memorial Fishing Party will be this Sunday, May 13 – that’s Mothers Day – from 2 until 4 at the Chelan Municipal Golf Course.
