The Manson School Board is jumping at the opportunity to launch a pilot program that will put iPad’s in the schools science class.
The school board approved the program at Mondays school board meeting.
iPad programs are gaining momentum across the nation, embracing the tablet computer as the latest teaching tool –providing students with a challenging and innovative curriculum.
Manson Superintendent, Matt Charlton, tells KOZI that the district will “lease-purchase” 50 new iPads for next school year.
And to think the overhead projector used to be the new hottest technology!
