The third time proved to be a charm for Chelan County Sheriff’s Deputies after another downtown Chelan business was burglarized in the early morning hours yesterday, paving the way for an arrest that links the March 21st burglaries of The Ruby Theater and The Bamboo Shoot.

 

Sergeant Rob Huddleston says deputies had their eye on Casey Green, of Chelan, as a possible suspect for the first two break-ins when a report of a third allowed them to collect enough evidence to make an arrest.

 

Deputies credit, in part, a video from a nearby business after the March 21st burglaries, in helping identify Green as a suspect. That video has been posted on KOZI’s Facebook page.
