Chelan Planning Director, Craig Gildroy presented the preliminary land use plan for Chelan’s Warehouse Industrial District to the Chelan City Council during their regular meeting last week.

 

Gildroy says the land-use plan pertains to about 900 acres that includes the section often referred to as Apple Blossom Center, and is tied into the Cities Warehouse Industrial Action Plan that was drafted in 2010.

 

Gildroy adds that the plan that is in the works now, has the acreage split into sections.
