The Manson Parks & Recreation’s newly formed Levy Committee met Monday evening to prepare for the Maintenance & Operation levy scheduled to be on the April 17th special election ballot.
Len England, who is serving as chairman for the levy committee, says offices and equipment owned by the Parks may not be used for the purpose of promoting the levy, so some special arrangements were made.
If you are not yet registered to vote, Monday, March 19th is the deadline to be able to vote on the April ballot. You can register to vote by visiting the ChelanCounty Auditors webpage, or by clicking the link on our webpage at kozi.com. Ballots will be mailed on March 31st to all registered voters and must be postmarked no later than April 17th.
