ChelanCity Council is taking advantage of some very favorable bids as they gear up for a busy spring and summer with the start of several major projects.
Among those projects, is the long awaited waste water treatment pipeline project.
The Council approved a contract amendment with Gray & Osborne Engineering Services, for that pipeline work, and, according to Chelan City Public Works Director, Dwayne VanEpps, residents will likely see work start as early as this week.
In addition to the pipeline project, City Council is moving forward with the Don Morse Park Project as well as the pedestrian project on Johnson Avenue, both of which KOZI will be taking a closer look at this week.
