Swinford's Sentencing Is Delayed 2/29/2012
Steven Swinford’s sentencing hearing, which was scheduled for Friday morning, has been postponed. Swinford was found guilty of second degree murder earlier this month for the shooting death of Paul Raney.
 
Swinford’s defense attorney, Jeremy Ford filed for a retrial for unknown reasons.
