Just days after passing their maintenance and operations levy the Entiat School Board met to consider running a bond to fund improvements to school facilities. School Superintendent Mike Wyatt shares the timeline.
The board also took action on a policy change in graduation requirements as the state board of education has requested.
Superintendent Wyatt reports that the also board adopted a slight change to graduation requirements to align with state graduation guidelines.
In other school business, the board heard a request from middle school students and staff looking to take a two day field trip to University of Washington, the state capital and Mt.St. Helens.
The board is expected to make a decision on that request at their next board meeting on Thursday, March 15th
