The Chelan City Council will meet Thursday for their regularly scheduled meeting.
Among the items on the agenda is the bid award to construct a sewer line as part of the Wastewater Treatment Facility project.
This is the second phase of a 4.9 million dollar project, which is expected to
take about a year and a half to complete.
Public Works Director, Dwayne Van Epps says the project will likely begin
in spring, and will include stench management.
And, Van Epps adds that the rest of the agenda for this week’s meeting is a
rather lengthy one.
The meeting will be this Thursday at 6 pm at the Council Chambers in Town
Hall on Johnson Avenue.
