The latest update on 15 year old Clayton Kimsey includes some encouraging news.

 

Clayton is being treated at HarborviewMedicalCenter in Seattle after suffering severe burns in a campfire accident last weekend.

 

Kimsey family friend, Whitney Dublin, said Clayton is already showing signs of improvement.

 

Whitney says the support from locals has been an inspiration for the Kimsey family.

 

Though Clayton is expected to make a complete recovery his burns are severe and a lengthy hospital stay is expected. The medical and travel costs are already beginning to mount.

 

Donation cans have also been placed at the Chelan Safeway in both the bakery and the customer service counter. You can also make donations at the the Best Western Lakeside and several other area businesses.
