What started as a minor leak last spring, has turned up a snowball of problems that is raising questions surrounding the structural deficiencies of the TwispTown Hall.
The building was built in the 1950’s so it isn’t surprising that some maintenance is needed but Twisp Public Works Superintendent Howard Moss says level of repairs to the building quickly escalated after a few leaks were spotted last year.
Moss says a committee has been formed to help decide the future of the building.
The special building committee is expected to give a report at the next Twisp Town Council meeting on Tuesday, January 24th.
